This research aimed to determine the support and application of character values coaching by the tutors of learners through sewing training in the Package C Program at SPNF-Gorontalo City Learning Activities Center. The research method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method, which present and describes the results in the form of finding data. The data were collected through interviews and documentation. The results indicated that the fostering of the character values of learners through sewing training at the SPNF-Gorontalo City Learning Aktivity Center has been running properly and in accordance with the desired expectations. The fostering of these character values can provide enormous benefits for the development of learners and produce learners who have talent in the field of sewing, learners who have character, and learners who are useful for the nation and state. Character values such as religious-spritual values, responsibility, respect, trust and honesty, discipline, and tolerance can provide progress for the character development of each learner, negative impact on theenvironment where the learners reside, and can provide examples for other learners citizens at Gorontalo City Learning Activities Center.
