Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of the initial stage of criminal proceedings caused by changes in the criminal procedural legislation. Special attention is paid to the issues of improving the norms regulating the procedure for conducting preliminary inquiries, as well as regulating the stage of initiating a criminal case.
