The article outlines the prospects for the science of nanoelectronics, the physical foundations of the laws studied in the course of nanoelectronics, scientific and methodological requirements for the study of the basic concepts of nanoelectronics. The article shows the methods of developing practical skills in students and regular knowledge of the nanoelectronics course, as well as the use of research methods related to nanoelectronics. The creative lesson model is justified, designed to develop creative thinking skills in the course of nanoelectronics
