Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of ideological invasion on the family in general and on the Iraqi family in particular, as ideological invasion is based on the spread of Western thought and its models on families in the Arab world, which will ultimately affect the Islamic identity and cultural specificity of Islamic societies and Iraqi families. This is achieved through many means based on intellectual, political, economic and social dominance. Accordingly, the research hypothesis was based on the impact of ideological invasion on Arab societies and the family in particular and how it is reflected and affects all aspects, and what are the means and foundations on which to confront this invasion by Arab and ethnic societies, working to enhance authentic Arab values in society, increasing cultural awareness among individuals and maintaining family cohesion.
