There are many main sources of countries' imports that serve as the economic artery and backbone of these countries, and one of these sources is the public domain, as the public domain is considered one of the resources that some countries rely on from among a group of sources for financing the state treasury, such as taxes, fees, prices, and other revenues, as Public state property, which includes fixed and mobile properties such as real estate, cars, and precious metals, which some countries have come to consider as the primary source for financing their budgets, as is the case for oil-exporting countries, gold mines, and other precious metals, and here it is necessary to make a statement. The concept of the public domain and its most important characteristics established by legal legislation and jurisprudential opinions, as well as knowledge of the sources of this revenue, as most studies explained the domain from a legal perspective without addressing the economic impact and the major role that the public domain plays in some countries by financing revenues and filling the deficit in public budgets. And working to pay investment and operating expenses. Thus, this study focused on the general concept and the economic impact that the domain has on the general budget and the overall economy of the state, as drawing up the state’s financial policy depends on its main sources, such as taxes. Fees and domains are both public and private, but the lack of legislation and instructions that regulate this revenue makes its importance diminish over a period of time. Therefore, the legislator is required to create solid controls and laws that allow this resource to be exploited in a correct manner and for the main goal of achieving the public good through the establishment of tools and good and fair management in Managing these resources and creating social awareness that ensures the preservation of the state’s national property, including agricultural lands, public parks, public property, precious metals, and other properties that we will explain in this research
