PERSONNEL PROBLEM IN THE COURT SYSTEM OF THE UZBEK SSR IN THE SECOND QUARTER OF THE 20TH CENTURY

This article describes the personnel problem in the judicial system of the Uzbek SSR in the second quarter of the 20th century. The article also scientifically analyzes the national composition of judges, the level of higher education and the repression of representatives of the field by the authoritarian Soviet regime.
