Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) characteristics of professional leadership, (2) characteristics of shared vision and goals, (3) characteristics of the learning environment, (4) characteristics of learning-centeredness, and (5) characteristics of learning objectives. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The data collected were analyzed using the percentage technique presented in the form of tables and diagrams. The results showed that: (1) the characteristics of professional leadership were in the very good category, (2) the characteristics of shared vision and goals were in the very good category, (3) the characteristics of the learning environment were in the very good category, (4) the characteristics of learning centered are in the very good category, and (5) the characteristics of the learning objectives are in the very good category.
