This article examines the selection of gifted students using the method of identifying gifted students and statistical analysis of the interrelated qualities that are manifested in them. In addition, the results of the method of identification of gifted students and the indicators of student mastery of the subject were mpirically analyzed, and the socio-psychological factors influencing the mastery of the subject were studied
