SOCIOCULTURAL FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY IN INTERNAL MIGRATION

The paper provides guidelines and practical recommendations for predicting changes in the parameters of professional mobility caused by the dynamics of changing paradigms of internal migration processes. This also applies to the consideration of the professionalization of the population, the directions of movement of the labor force, to be taken into account in the development of the development strategy of a particular organization. Also, various needs of society are considered as the dominant criterion in determining the level of the process of professional mobility, typical for all historical periods. Studied the phenomenon of social mobility, in particular, the migration process from the point of view of statistics. It is noted that this approach limits the possibility of a holistic understanding of the construction of migration, its functional significance. In this regard, it is emphasized that the essence and characteristics of professional mobility can be determined by generalizing the genesis of the phenomenon of internal migration, the retrospective basis and stages of historical development, experience.
