Abstract

Domestic Violence (KDRT) is a form of family violence within the household, consisting of relatives, relatives and household servants who work for the family. This can be caused by economic factors, social environmental factors or gender equality factors. In the domestic sphere, this includes physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence and domestic neglect. In terms of law enforcement and resolving domestic violence in court, it refers to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (KDRT).
