This study aimes to describe and analyze the effect of leadership effectiveness, madrasah climate, and social competence, both directly and
indirectly toteacher achievement motivation of state Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey desaign. The
sampling method used in this study is pusposive random sampling with 997 population and 119 people as samples. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
