It also underscores the influence of major powers and deepens global instability. Without fair standards and a serious commitment to disarmament, nuclear proliferation will remain a grave threat to humanity. As this double standard stands among the most pressing challenges to international security, it must be confronted through a just and effective global framework that ensures comprehensive and equal treatment of the nuclear issue in all its dimensions
