Abstract

This article examines the problems of preserving and using the historical and
architectural heritage in the process of city reconstruction. Information about
the reconstruction of the housing stock of the central districts of cities is given.
Some shortcomings in the reconstruction of cultural and historical buildings and
structures, as well as ways of solving these problems are presented.
