Abstract

After the emergence of the concept of perestroika in the republics of the former Soviet Union, the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the socialist bloc, the world turned into the unipolarity and began dominance of the West, its values and culture directly and indirectly affect Middle Eastern societies and other countries What is called the so-called Third World countries. After the development and generalization of the concept of globalization, the impact of this domination became clearer, which led to the emergence of another type of power to influence the relations between different human societies and to extend the control of the center represented by the West in another way, which is called soft power
