Abstract

The reaction of catalytic hydrolysis of sucrose with the use of carbon material sibunite modified with concentrated sulfuric acid, as well as a solution of sulfuric acid, was studied. The influence of operating parameters on the conversion of sucrose and the final yield of monosaccharides - glucose and fructose - was determined.
