Abstract

The soda method in the processing of molybdenum waste is a relatively inexpensive method that ensures the extraction of molybdenum and allows the use of equipment made of corrosion-resistant unprotected steel. In many enterprises, caustic soda is used to decompose concentrates contained in molybdenum, which are not aggressive when cleaning cakes and do not require anti-corrosion equipment.
