DETECTION OF BACTERIOCIN GENE OF E. COLI BACTERIUM ISOLATED OF URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS
Keywords:
Bacteriocin, Escherichia Coli, Urinary Tructs Infections, ColicinsAbstract
Present research flushed the light on documented studies which were obtained and focused on infections of urinary system caused by bacteria Escherichia .coli in human. There are a variety of pathogens causing infections of urinary system and recurring inflammations but bacteria E.coli considered the most important and common. This research pointed to that bacteria E. coli is originally belong to the normal and benefit microflora present in the body of human particularly in the large intestine of digestive system However, the presence of bacteria in the urinary system produces a variety of infections and inflammations in this system
