Abstract

In this article, the author has analyzed the role of the human factor as a leader in various spheres of life of every modern society, in particular, the protection of the rights of young people in it, raising their scientific, creative and social potential, and realization of which is one of the priority tasks. In addition, in today's globalized world, the formation of modern entrepreneurial skills in young people and their employment through the creation of new jobs, the effective organization of the prophylactics of offenses and crime among minors, the Prevention of family discrimination, the formation of a solid idea of patriotism and a firm Civil position in the younger generation are becoming of In this regard, the article provides an analytical coverage of the fact that this sociodemographic layer of the population is the main criterion for the implementation of public policy.
