Abstract

This study aims to examine the academic supervision of madrasa heads in order to encourage the professionalization of teachers in Madrasah Aliah Negeri 2 Muara Bungo, Bungo Regency. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the technique of determining the object of research carried out in a purposive way. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses a flowing data analysis model, which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
