The purpose of the article is focused on the pedagogical and psychological possibilities of increasing the competence of legal socialization of future teachers in higher education institutions. It should be emphasized that preparing future teachers for professional life, helping them to self-determine in their professional activities; to develop hard work, respect for human rights and freedoms, love for homeland, family, and nature; in the manifestation of an active life position aimed at improving our society; should feel the responsibility to practice integration into national and world culture
