The curriculum is a very important medium that determines the success of the education program. It also outlines the kind of graduation and what to do after undergoing the education process. The style of the curriculum will be determined by the developer's perspective on the nature of the curriculum and education. This paper will describe the diversity of approaches, models, and procedures for curriculum development and its implications in choosing the right style for developing an Arabic language curriculum in Indonesian Madrasahs.
