Abstract

It is known that there have been a number of scientific studies on the problems of translation from English into Uzbek or from Turkish into English. They contain a lot of ideas about translation criticism. There is a peculiar linguistic feature of the translation of works of art, historical and artistic works, which is associated not only with the adequate transmission of meaning, but also with the proper transmission of artistic design through language material. A translator of encyclopedic works such as Firdavs al-Iqbal requires in-depth knowledge not only in the field of language, but also in the field of culture, life, customs, ethnography and geography.
