Abstract

Independence program study is programs that promote the learning process student by independent or free in accordance with interest and character students . Teacher no again play a role for operate curriculum just but Becomes liaison Among curriculum and interests students . Based on directions on the program , then one of the the most possible way taken is with use technology as direction in learning . Based on description the above , then destination study this is To do evaluation to use of social media Youtube as tool learning specifically introduction tool music traditional for children mentally retarded at SLB East Angola. Destination study this is analyze how much interest student to learning videos and how much far understanding student to Theory study . Analysis use Chi-Square method and tools processing data using SPSS. and results show that student interested with learning videos and more understand Theory lesson , compared study use method other . This thing showed with the average value of students who are interested and understand is as much 22 people are interested saw the video and 8 didn't interested . With composition 17 understanding material and 5 no understand material . With the number of samples is 30 students from share class at the East Angola SLB
