Abstract

Following the complexity of university life challenges, such as academic workload, finance, examinations, family economic instability, unemployment, societal insecurity, and limited resources of a nation, students are subjected to emotional, mental, and physical stresses which threatens their psychological well-being. Hence, students’ strong awareness of mindfulness practices could benefit them in reducing the impact of stress, negative thinking, and feelings, thereby improving their psychological well-being.
