IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING OF QUALIFIED PERSONNEL IN UZBEKISTAN ON THE BASIS OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

Abstract

The national model of education is a set of theoretical, methodological, practical pedagogical approaches to radically reform the education system in the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of renewed sound pedagogical thinking, to bring the staff of educational institutions to the level of developed countries in intellectual, spiritual and moral level. In fact, the national model of education aims to ensure that a spiritually and intellectually mature person fully displays his or her creative abilities. The quality of the teaching and learning process as a whole will inevitably have a positive or negative impact on the quality of staff in the future, and will sometimes remain stable and unchanged. However, if we want to train qualified personnel, we must pay close attention to the educational process from now on. This article provides feedback on improving the system of training qualified personnel in Uzbekistan in accordance with international standards.
