Abstract

This article deals with the education of a highly educated and intellectually developed generation, the creation of a pool of competent scientific and pedagogical staff in higher education, further improving the professional competencies of teachers in improving the quality of professional training of students in higher education in the process of developing civil society based on democratic principles.
