Journal Policies

1. Open Access Policy

All journals operate under a fully open access model, ensuring that all published articles are freely and permanently accessible online without subscription or payment barriers. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without prior permission from the publisher or author, provided proper citation is given.

2. Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers based on originality, relevance, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the field. The editorial board ensures fairness, confidentiality, and unbiased decision-making.

3. Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The journals strictly adhere to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and follow international standards to prevent unethical practices.

  • Authors must ensure originality and avoid plagiarism.
  • Duplicate or redundant publication is not allowed.
  • Proper acknowledgment of sources is mandatory.
  • Editors and reviewers must maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.

Any ethical misconduct will result in rejection or retraction of the article.

4. Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. Submissions with more than 10–15% similarity (excluding references) may be rejected. Any detected plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification, will lead to immediate rejection and possible blacklisting.

5. Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish. Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

6. Archiving Policy

The journals ensure long-term digital preservation of published content through multiple archiving systems. Articles are stored in secure repositories and are accessible even in the event of website downtime or discontinuation.

Any applicable Article Processing Charges (if charged) are clearly communicated to authors before submission or publication. There are no hidden fees.

12. Withdrawal and Retraction Policy

  • Authors may withdraw manuscripts before acceptance.
  • Accepted or published articles may only be retracted in cases of proven ethical violations, errors, or misconduct.
  • Retraction statements will be clearly published to maintain transparency.

The journals aim to be indexed in reputed databases and continuously work toward inclusion in recognized indexing services such as DOAJ, Scopus, and others.
