In the 70-70-60% irrigation regime, the average yield was 35.4-40.5 ts/ha, depending on the thickness of the bush and the ratio of fertilizers, while in the 75-75-60% irrigation regime the yield was 33.5-36.5 on average ts/ha. It was found that the micronaire value of fiber in cotton harvested from experimental variants was 4.3-4.5, which is slightly higher than the micronaire index of cotton fiber harvested from 70-70-60% of irrigated variants compared to 75-75-60% irrigation regime.
2021-06-08T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021 DETERMINATION OF IGG ANTIBODY AGAINST LEUKEMIA VIRUS IN CATTLE USING IMMUNOENZYME ASSAY 2021-06-15T12:04:30+00:00 Razzaqova Dilorom Shuxratovna
Cattle leukemia is a chronic infectious disease that results from the poisoning of blood cells by the virus, leading to disruption of the genetic apparatus and poor cell quality. The proposed IFA method allows the detection of specific antibodies in infected animals from 6 months of age and older (calves fed oral milk and milk from infected cows can receive maternal antibodies stored for up to 6 months), so false positive results when serologically tested young calves can be obtained. It is also used in rapid screening to detect the presence of infected animals in the herd (up to 10 mixed serums are allowed in groups), and is used to confirm PTsR results when provirus DNA levels are minimal.
2021-06-15T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021 ECOLOGY AND FAUNA OF THE SPECIES BELONGING TO THE SUBORDER LACERTILIA OF KASHKADARYA REGION 2021-06-22T10:19:30+00:00 Yangiboyev E.Ch Raximov M.Sh.
This article provides informations about the ecology and fauna of the suborder lacertilia in the Kashkadarya region. The article is organized into five sections: in the first, we will focus on the definitions of museum; in the second, we will highlight the history of museums in the world. Three concepts – International Council of Museums I.C.O.M. Furth section will be types of museums and the last part is about physical properties of the museum building with proper function
2021-06-25T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021
