Agaricus bisporus is widely cultivated for its nutritional value, although the combined effects of isolate identity and casing management on water-soluble vitamin accumulation remain poorly defined. This study examined the individual and interactive effects of mushroom isolate, casing-layer thickness, and molybdenum level on the vitamin profile of fruiting bodies. Two phenotypically distinct isolates, a white isolate (V1) and a brown isolate (V2) , were identified as A. bisporus by internal transcribed spacer sequencing. The experiment was conducted as a 2×3×3 factorial in a completely randomized design with three biological replicates
