BILINGUALISM- AS A PHENOMENON OF BILINGUAL COGNITIVE COMMUNICATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to bilingualism phenomenon – which is considered as one of the most investigated phenomena of modern times. Taking into consideration modern society condition, increased demands of international communication, problems of language and culture interaction, importance of multicultural and bi/polylingual development of linguistic identity, special attention is paid to some bilingualism problems.
