The aim of the research is to identify the pattern of the leadership behavior style preferred by the sports coaches in the training centers affiliated to the Department of Sports Activity in the Dhi Qar Education Directorate, and the difference between these leadership styles. To verify this, the researcher assumed that there were no significant differences in the leadership styles of the training centers affiliated to the Department of Sports Activity in the Dhi Qar Education Directorate. The research sample consisted of (21) male sports coaches only and holders of a bachelor's degree exclusively from those affiliated with the training centers of the Department of Sports Activity in the Directorate of Dhi Qar Education and those responsible for training sports teams in the training centers of the Department of Sports Activity in the Directorate of Dhi Qar Education The researcher used the list of the preferred behavior of the sports coach from the point of view of the coach, which consists of (38) phrases as a research tool, and after ensuring the validity and stability of the research tool under data processing statistically using (the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson's simple correlation coefficient, one-way analysis of variance test The Least Significant Difference (L.S.D) test. The researcher concluded the following: - The emergence of the training leadership style as the best leadership style among the games trainers in the training centers affiliated to the Department of Sports Activity in the Dhi Qar Education Directorate.
