The purpose of this article is to determine the ways of developing creative thinking among third-graders in the conditions of the Uzbek elementary school. The author considers various aspects of the educational process, including the use of interactive teaching methods, game forms of work, stimulation of creative thinking and self-expression. The results obtained can be useful for teachers and methodologists who develop programs for the development of creative thinking in the national primary school
