Abstract

At present, the main task of higher education institutions is to ensure the quality of educational services.  In connection with the transition of higher education to the Federal state educational standards, there is a need to harmonize the basic educational documents.The purpose of this article is to study the rules for evaluating the quality of educational services using a group of criteria.
