Abstract

The article examines issues of self-employment, ensuring permanent employment through financial incentives, reducing informal employment and the hidden economy, foreign experience in this area, and reforms implemented in our country. It also presents proposals for improving the organizational and legal framework, types of activities, and taxation procedures for selfemployment.
