Abstract

This paper examines the organizational and economic mechanisms essential for managing the activities of industrial enterprises, with a particular focus on agricultural production enterprises. The study highlights the unique challenges faced by agricultural enterprises, including market volatility, seasonal variations, and resource constraints. Through a comprehensive analysis of current management practices and economic frameworks, this research identifies key areas for improvement and innovation. The proposed mechanisms aim to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and profitability within agricultural enterprises by integrating advanced organizational strategies and economic principles. Case studies and empirical data from leading agricultural enterprises illustrate the practical application and benefits of these improved mechanisms. The findings suggest that adopting these enhanced management approaches can lead to significant gains in productivity and overall business performance for agricultural production enterprises
