This study determined the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) employees motivating factors and performance in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Specifically, it aimed to determine the respondent’s profile, describe the employees’ motivation factors, and identify the motivational factors that most impact an employee’s performance.
