IMPORTANT FACTORS DETERMINING THE NORMS OF WRITTEN SPEECH

This article discusses the important factors that determine the norms of written speech, as well as specific issues of their application. In addition, the most important factors determining the norms of written speech, issues of training legal personnel, and their application in the legal field were analyzed. As a result of this analysis, a number of proposals and recommendations were developed on the application of the norms of written speech in the legal field.
