The research's significance lies in the fact that sports economics represents a form of financial investment in human sports resources, with substantial economic implications. Consequently, governments play an active role in providing opportunities for utilizing the sports sector for all segments of society. In most countries, the research highlights the challenge of obtaining adequate funding, which poses a significant obstacle to both large and small projects in sports clubs. There is a growing concern about the financing process for sports projects, expenditure on them, and the availability of necessary funds .
