Abstract

The rate of crimes has increased significantly in recent times due to the social and economic conditions that the society is going through, so we touched in this study to know the social and economic factors affecting the deviation towards crime in society, including poverty and unemployment, which are considered among the most important conditions that afflict the individual, as well as the residential environment. Population density, bad company, profession, leisure time and education are among the social conditions that have an impact on delinquency towards committing crime. Therefore, in our study, we found effective solutions to address these conditions, by caring for young people and providing them with job opportunities and activating the role of the family and school in creating the appropriate environment for them and keeping them away. About bad company and the exploitation of free time to pursue intellectual, scientific, cultural and sports programmers . We have dealt with the subject of our research (social and economic conditions and their impact on the commission of crime) in three sections. In the first section, we dealt with "the theoretical framework for the concept of economic and social conditions and their impact on committing a crime." We devoted the second section to "general and special economic conditions and their impact on committing a crime." "The general and special economic conditions and their impact on the commission of the crime ".
