Abstract

Biotechnologies are a means with enormous potential for overcoming some of the obstacles to increasing agricultural production, and they are adding new methods to accelerate plant improvement, biotechnologies have historically emerged as a scientific, political, economic and social phenomenon. Therefore, governments must develop strategies, policies, and legal frameworks to support and incorporate biotechnologies into their agricultural research. For this objective Develop robust and cutting-edge research programs to take advantage of the significant contribution of biotechnologies and genetic engineering to improve yields and analyze and fill in the gaps and missing pieces of its technology and scientific knowledge.
