Abstract

Interaction between countries, the development of information technology and the expansion of cultural dialogue further expand the boundaries of socio-cultural and professional dialogue. The article highlights the importance of culture, tradition and values in learning English. It also analyzes the interdependence of language and culture, the formation of each local culture in its own historical and natural conditions.
