THE IMPACT OF USING FLASHCARDS ON LETTER COMPREHENSION AMONG KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS-A CASE STUDY OF TEACHERS' PERSPECTIVES IN NASIRIYAH CITY, IRAQ

This study aims to evaluate the impact of using flashcards in teaching Arabic letters to kindergarten students in the city of Nasiriyah from the perspective of teachers. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was distributed to 21 kindergarten teachers to assess the impact of flashcards on the level of letter comprehension and to explore the opinions and experiences of teachers in using this educational tool. The results showed a significant consensus on the effectiveness of flashcards in teaching letters, indicating that they contribute to accelerating the learning of letters, helping children remember them better, improving their language skills, and increasing their motivation to learn.The findings indicate that using flashcards leads to a significant improvement in the children's process of learning letters, as the flashcards enhance the ability to recognize letters quickly and in an enjoyable manner
