As for the problem of the research, it is through the researcher’s observation through the video recording that was analyzed of the sample of the players of the Specialized Volleyball Center that there is a weakness in the performance of the corner player, and this is due to not adopting the correct position of the body at the moment of getting up, which causes a loss of balance and increases the amount of effort expended during The approaching stage, and this may be the result of a weakness in the internal strength represented by the torque force of the parts of the body involved in performing the pivot and push moments, causing mechanically unwanted bends in the relative angles of the knee joint, which affects the angles of the upper extremities working to aim the ball, so the researcher decided to study this problem. Through biokinetic analysis of all performance stages of the skill of shooting from the angle and developing resistance exercises that may raise the level of muscular strength and skill level towards optimal performance. The objectives of the research were to prepare resistance exercises to develop the force-time curve and the values of some biokinetic variables and the accuracy of the skill of aiming from the angle with the handball, to identify the statistical differences and the rate of development between the pre- and post-tests for the control and experimental groups for the force-time curve and the values of some biokinetic variables and the accuracy of aiming from the angle with the handball. The hand, and identifying the statistical differences between the control and experimental groups in the post-test of the force-time curve, the values of some biokinetic variables, and the accuracy of the skill of aiming from the angle with the handball. The researcher used the experimental method in the style of two equal groups (experimental and control), and the research sample was the players of the Specialized Handball Center in Dhi Qar Governorate, whose ages ranged between 14 and 16 years and who represented the junior category. Their number was (20) players. (6) players were chosen for the exploratory sample and the (14) players represent the research sample, representing (70%) of the original population. The sample was divided into the control and experimental groups in an intentional manner (to ensure the distribution of players into the two groups according to heights and playing positions), and each group contains (7) players. It took (12) weeks to implement the varying resistance exercises at a rate of (3 units) per week. The most important conclusions are that the varying resistance exercises with this load undulation led to the appearance of this amount of development in the values of these biokinetic variables
