The research problem emphasizes the urgent need for the systems approach and problem analysis skills among coaches to enable them to make timely and effective decisions, which plays a crucial role in raising the skill level and performance of players in the Premier League. The objectives of this research include constructing a scale for problem analysis among football club coaches from the perspective of physical education teachers, establishing standard levels for the problem analysis scale, and exploring problem analysis from the viewpoint of players. The researchers utilized a descriptive survey method that was suitable for the nature of the research. The research population consisted of physical education teachers, and the sample was selected using purposive sampling, with a total of 663 teachers, of whom 492 (74.20%) participated in the survey. The sample was divided into two parts: the first part for designing and constructing the scale, and the second part for applying the scale. The researchers concluded that problem analysis plays a significant role in improving the performance of supervisors. The key recommendations emphasize the importance of the systems approach and the need for training courses for coaches to activate this aspect and enhance their technical level, leading to better results for the club.
