This study aims to investigate the impact of a proposed training program on improving the level of interpersonal skills in young football players. The study sample consisted of 24 novice players from the Al-Nasiriya Sports Club for Youth in Thi Qar Province for the year 2021-2022, in the age group under 12 years. Players who were irregular or injured were excluded, resulting in a sample size of 16 players. The sample was purposefully selected, and the researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability for the nature of the study. The pre-posttest design was applied to a single experimental group. The program was implemented over 10 weeks, with two sessions per week, each lasting 90 minutes . The study results revealed that the proposed training program was effective in improving the level of interpersonal skills (compatibility, balance, response speed, situational awareness, motor coordination, and effort exertion) in football under investigation. The researcher attributes this improvement to the fact that the proposed program was developed and standardized using scientifically sound and proper methods regarding the duration of training units and the use of structured exercises. The researcher recommends the adoption of the proposed training program by all football clubs, schools, and sports institutions that focus on the youth age group. Furthermore, coaches are encouraged to utilize it for its positive role in enhancing interpersonal skills and, consequently, overall performance .
