In this article, the role of commercial banks in the development of the financial market, the extent to which commercial banks cover the financial market and the analysis of non-credit products and the problems in this regard are considered. Based on the results of the analysis, proposals were developed for the development of trading systems of the stock market in Uzbekistan.
